January is Human Trafficking Prevention month and February 8th, the feast day of St. Josephine Bakhita, has been designated by the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace as an annual day of prayer and awareness against human trafficking. During this month we encourage you to raise awareness and educate communities on human trafficking. Some resources:
