It is possible that two bills may appear in the Connecticut Legislature this session with the storarge of fracking wastewater from neighboring states. One bill would propose that the EPA regulate the storing of this wastewater. The other, would propose a complete ban on fracking in Connecticut. Please contact your State Representative or Senator and ask them to oppose any legislation that attempts to regulate Fracking wastewater in Connecticut. Only a complete ban on Fracking will protect the people, the land and the water of our State.
