Please Take Action: This week the government shutdown ended and more than 10,000 people of faith completed on Friday, October 18th their 40 days of prayer, fasting and advocacy for immigration reform.
Now, as attention turns away from the budget and debt crisis, it is the time to call on members of Congress to live up to their moral duty to enact just and humane immigration reform.
Now that Congress has averted the financial crisis, President Obama has recommitted to making comprehensive immigration reform the next priority in Washington D.C.
Please call or write your members of Congress next week and ask them to make immigration reform the next legislative priority. www.house.gov www.senate.gov
