WOMEN’S MARCH – January 20,2018- State Capitol in Hartford

Many of you were among the thousands gathered last January at the State Capitol in support of the rights of women. We have the opportunity to do so once again this year. The Hartford march will take place on January 20 at 12:30pm, with folks meeting at the Corning Fountain in Bushnell Park, then heading to the State Capitol. If you don’t want to walk, meet the crowd at the Capitol at 1:00pm for the rally. In the words of one of this year’s organizers,  “The march is a celebration of a year of hard work and a commitment to keep resisting the hatred, ignorance and bigotry present in our country. We will use the march to pledge to continue to fight all forms of injustice.”
